Bloomsweet Grapefruit

Also known as Kinkoji in Japan where it is a heritage variety related to Pummelos. Yellow grapefruit-like fruit, but without the bitterness typical of grapefruit and a mild flavor and chewy texture. Has thick rind like a Pummelo and somewhat tough membranes around the segments. An interesting rare citrus variety. 2-3 per pound.
