A new pear on the market, Gem is fire blight resistant and a top quality fruit. The beautiful blushed plump pears can be eaten while still firm, with flavors reminiscent of Asian pears, or softened to the buttery pear consistency that is the norm for European pears. Our first year of production of a pear that is sure to be a hit.
