Fig Assortment

In July and August the early figs are known as brebas. There are 3 to 4 varieties in each basket.

Main crop assortments start in late August/September and can have many varieties in one basket, including black, green, yellow and brown skinned figs, with insides from pink to amber to white to red. Unique flavors in each pint. Changes throughout the season.
