Very Ripe Figs

For most of fig season we have plenty of figs that are too ripe to sell for full price. These are perfect for making jam, baked goods, or for eating immediately and they are a bargain. In July they are mostly Desert King and Brown Turkey. In fall they could be any variety among dozens mixed.
